Terms & Conditions

One Hit Web will design and build a turnkey website containing up to ten pages, mobile and tablet optimization, contact and lead forms, basic search optimization, analytics readiness, and one round of clear feedback during review. Ecommerce and AI upgrades are optional and quoted separately.

The build fee is $300 CAD, payable once via secure card checkout or on approved administrator waiver. The platform hosting fee (approximately $40 per month) is paid by you directly to the platform and is not part of this fee.

You own your website, the code, the domain, the store, and all customer information. On launch we hand over full control of the platform account and any assets we produced for you.

Most websites launch within two to three weeks of receiving your content. If content is delayed, the launch date moves with it. We will always agree on the target date together before starting.

The build includes one full structured review round. Additional major changes are quoted at approximately $25 to $50 each. Small tweaks are quick and often no charge.

An optional priority standby service is available at $100 per month, offering a same-day response window during standard business hours. Cancel any time with 14 days notice.

You confirm that any text, photos, logos, videos, and other content you supply are yours to use, or that you have the necessary licenses. We will not knowingly publish content we believe to be infringing.

If we have not yet started design work, the build fee is fully refundable. Once design has started, a fair pro-rated refund applies. We would rather fix a build than force a bad outcome — talk to us first.

We only collect the information required to build and support your website. We do not sell your data. Files you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to you and the assigned One Hit Web team.

One Hit Web's liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for downstream loss caused by third-party platforms, integrations, or content you supply.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
